Privacy Policy

Last updated 13 September 2026

This policy covers this website. It also explains, separately, how the device itself handles your voice, because the two are not the same thing.

What the website collects

If you join the waitlist we store the email address you type and the language you were reading in. That is the only personal information this site asks for. We do not run advertising trackers and we do not sell anything to anyone.

Why we collect it

So we can email you once, when pre-orders open. We use it for nothing else.

Who else sees it

Your address is passed to the email provider that sends that one message, and it is stored on our hosting provider's infrastructure. Neither uses it for their own purposes.

How long we keep it

Until pre-orders open and the notification has gone out, or until you ask us to delete it, whichever comes first.

Your choices

Email us to see what we hold about you, correct it, or have it deleted. There is no account to close and no form to fill in.

How the device handles your voice

This part describes the product rather than the website. Everyday commands are recognised and carried out on the device. Audio is not uploaded, is not stored on our servers, and is not used to train models. The exception is Tier 3, where you explicitly ask Omnivox to hand a task to a cloud model; only then does anything leave your desk, and only the content of that request.

Children

This site is not aimed at children and we do not knowingly collect their information.

Changes

We will update this policy as the product and the company develop. The date at the top of this page shows when it last changed.

Getting in touch

For anything on this page, or to exercise any of the rights it describes, email us and a person will answer.
